We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced small animal vet to join our successful and well established three centre practice group in Barry as the Clinical Director. You will be leading a team of 5 vets, 2 practice managers, 1 HVN, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, 3 PCAs and 3 receptionists with client service and excellent clinical standards at the heart of everything we do. In fact, we have just achieved an OUTSTANDING client service award and are going for gold with ISFM accreditation.
The practices are located along the beautiful South Glamorgan coast. They are dedicated small animal veterinary practices that house great facilities including separate dog, cat and exotic kennels, a bereavement room, separate vet and nurse consulting rooms and an excellent in-house lab including a new endocrine analyser.
This role would suit an experienced vet looking to move into a leadership and management position. You will guide and support the veterinary team with all clinical matters and continue driving for clinical excellence within the practices.
We offer a salary of £38,000 - £57,000pa, private healthcare and an actively encouraged and funded CPD allowance.
